  1) Weekend rides are perfect pace, distance and time.
  2) Super friendly staff who lead ride and ensure no drop
  3) Super helpful staff that put aside bike boxes for me when I need etc
  4) Amazing stock of fancy s-works bikes

  Excellent customer service. Located near the wonderful American River Bike Trail system. They have great mechanics. The staff also races locally and some nationally. They know their bike stuff. They have fun road and gravel rides on the weekends.

  I'll keep this review simple- Bruce, Cody, and the Kinetic team treat you like family. They are courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and want to help you have a wonderful time on your bike! My experiences in both buying products and getting service are first rate. I was not over-sold nor had to return after a service because something was missed. They even followed up with me a few days after my bike was tuned up to see how everything was working. Good stuff!

  Had a special issue with our tandem bicycle that our son (special needs) rides with my husband. The team at Kinetic helped us immediately. Then were honest on the phone, they assisted us with kindness and SUCCESS! The next day, as quoted, the parts came in and I received the call that it was READY! I can not rave enough about this shop.

  Great bike shop. Friendly and helpful staff. Have never felt pressured to buy anything but at the same time, they were attentive and helpful. Will definitely be buying my next bike from them.

  Kinetic is all you need when it comes to professional shops. The customer service is absolutely outstanding. Having been a part of the bicycle industry at one time, I can tell you how squared away this shop is. Their knowledge is second to none and you will feel welcome the minute you walk in the door. They give some much back to the cycling community, its nice to know that still exists. The multiple shop rides and events they host create immediate friendships with those that love to ride. Check them out!

  I love this shop! I have purchased 2 bikes in the last year (CX and MTB) and am so happy with the quality of the bikes as well as the mechanics. Their customer service is excellent! I love the shop and the people there that I am usually at Kinetic weekly on their Gravel or Road group rides. A must stop if you're looking for bikes, parts or a rad group of people to roll with.
