Kindness Yoga

Yoga Studio

Welcome to Kindness Yoga! Our studios were founded on a simple premise. By making yoga, mindfulness, and community accessible to everyone, we can help support the creation of a kinder, more responsible planet. We do things differently. Students can pay any amount they want to come to class. We embrace many styles of yoga, and encourage our teachers to share their most unique offerings. Our spaces are anything but cookie-cutter: each one reflects the neighborhood it serves. The recipe works - after just a few years in business, we've been honored as Denver's Best Yoga by the Denver A-List from 2013 to 2017, and Top of the Town by 5280 Magazine in 2014 and 2015. We are proud to represent an all-levels, ever-expanding family of practitioners learning to tap into their full physical, emotional and spiritual potential. Come join us and experience the difference Kindness makes. Read more

Each class is unique and all of the instructors bring their own style to class. I love the free instructor training classes as well as their pay what you can model so everyone can access the benefits of yoga.

I’ve been going to Stanley Kindness studio for a little over 5 months now. I LOVE IT! The studio is clean, beautiful and most of all the instructors are wonderful! I love how thoughtful and well throughout the sequences are. Special shout out to Kelsey, Caitlin, Jen, William, and Jerrod. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, you’re bound to find your zen.

Kindness has been consistently #1 in Denver for a reason. They are a perfect east meets west studio, providing a mindful practice while giving your body a solid physical challenge. All of their locations are included when you buy packages with them and you can’t beat their $30 for 30 days deal! I love Kindness and their classes make me truly look forward to being on my mat!

I can't say enough good things about this place and the people that I've been so lucky to connect with there. They truly reflect yogic philosophy - intentionally making safe spaces for folks from all backgrounds, and offering donation-based classes so that anyone who seeks the healing practice of Asana can find it. ...

I have been a Hatha/Vinyasa practitioner for many years and have also taught in a variety of settings. (The Haven; Quest Corporate; horse pack and river trips and in my own home studio). All three of the Kindness studios I've been to, (Cap Hill, Bdway and Hilltop), have something different to offer. Recently I moved from Lodo and am loving the Hilltop location. ...
