Each class is unique and all of the instructors bring their own style to class. I love the free instructor training classes as well as their pay what you can model so everyone can access the benefits of yoga.

I’ve been going to Stanley Kindness studio for a little over 5 months now. I LOVE IT! The studio is clean, beautiful and most of all the instructors are wonderful! I love how thoughtful and well throughout the sequences are. Special shout out to Kelsey, Caitlin, Jen, William, and Jerrod. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, you’re bound to find your zen.

Kindness has been consistently #1 in Denver for a reason. They are a perfect east meets west studio, providing a mindful practice while giving your body a solid physical challenge. All of their locations are included when you buy packages with them and you can’t beat their $30 for 30 days deal! I love Kindness and their classes make me truly look forward to being on my mat!

All three of the Kindness studios I've been to, (Cap Hill, Bdway and Hilltop), have something different to offer. Recently I moved from Lodo and am loving the Hilltop location. ...
