I love the outdoor yoga classes! They aren't to difficult but not too easy at the same time. It's great setting with a great teacher plus it is a great wotkout!

I attended the hot vinyasa, 75 minutes long. Kim Winn is the best yoga instructor I've ever had and this is the best yoga class I've ever taken. After a discouraging first hot yoga class at another studio, I am officially in love. Challenging, vigorous, cathartic, great at stretching out the muscles and a great start to my Sunday. The guy that checked me into class was really friendly, and they have the cutest bulldog. I think the dog's only there when the office is open, which isn't all the time the studio's open. If you're severely allergic to dogs, you might have a problem, but I'm prone to animal allergies, and I did notice the "dog" smell, but didn't have any problems.

This studio overflows with love, respect and goodness. It has a strong foundation of just really really good yoga at every single class. But there is also a great diversity among the instructors-- the crazy funny Sat Inder, the delicate strong Laura, the truly magical Kim Winn, and the love crazy-ass kicker Roxanne (to name a few). So you have options so you don't get stuck in a practice rut. And the people who come here are so awesome--friendly and funny and loving and supportive. Where else can you get applause from everyone in the class when you FINALLY get up in a headstand for five seconds? Ha ha ha. Love, LoVe, LOVE this studio
