My husband and I first worked with Kevin 20 years ago when we bought our first house. In the interest of full disclosure, Kevin is my brother-in-law, but that does not mean that we hold him to a lower standard. On the contrary, we hold him to a higher standard than we do others we worked with outside of Pennsylvania.
Kevin goes out of his way to educate the buyers and sellers he works with on their local housing market, the expectations for the sales process, and what they can do to make their home more attractive to buyers. He stays with his clients every step of the way and helps to mitigate any issues that arise.
