Kay Spears has a system that works! I literally tried several different programs over 5 years. I dropped weight and went back up and dropped and went back up. I was very sceptical of it but I was at my wits end and tired of dieting with little to no result. I am down 27 lbs and have kept it off! Still working with her to keep dropping but feel the healthiest I have been in years. I also have been off my stomach meds and have more energy than ever. I highly recommend the weight loss for life program.

With a history of diabetes in my family my GP told me I needed to loose weight or suffer the consequences. Kay helped me come up with a strategy to loose weight over the course of a few months, establish some good eating habits and a healthy lifestyle. I am now 30 lbs lighter and off blodd pressure medicine. I have receommended her to over 10 colleagues of mine and they have all had great experiences.
