  Patrick Kavanagh is a very experienced local General Contractor who effectively manages his internal team of 10 workmen and carpenters, as well as numerous subcontractors where he has long term relationships. Kavanagh always makes sure the job gets done properly, he never cuts corners and he builds for durability and function, not just for looks. He goes above and beyond to make sure things are done right, and when there is a problem, he makes sure it gets fixed properly.

  The Marvin windows that are mostly installed are looking fabulous in the now emptied-out sun porch. Love the Anderson slider too! While I have little doubt that clearing out that room helps appearances greatly we wanted you to know how happy we are with the windows as well as with Kavanagh’s crew. Really nice to work with competent people who are straightforward, who communicate fully on costs and with whom one can put their complete trust. Thanks for providing that referral and coordination of efforts.

  Thank you very much for the work replacing windows in our 100 year-old home. The effective collaboration between Kavanagh Construction and Bruce Bauer Lumber has meant a low stress, high performance remodel project. We are now reaping the benefits in greater comfort while much of the original character has been persevered.

  I wanted both of you to know what a beautiful job Patrick’s men did on the Marvin window install. Not only that but they were clean and SO nice. I’m very appreciative that Javier suggested that Patrick be the contractor to do this job.
  
  The inside large windows with the hidden wood look wonderful. And I can’t say enough good about the exterior work also–from the splendid miters to the reveals and quarter round use. It’s so-so good! ...
