  I had been dealing with A/C issues for quite a while, including going through my Home Warranty Co with NRG Home Services coming out and totally misdiagnosing the problem. In fact, the young man with NRG said that he would give me a deal on a new condenser if I purchased that day with him. I called Katy West Houston Air after looking through reviews and Rich came out, blew out the clogged line, and my A/C is working perfectly now. These guys are fair, competent and will be the ones I call again if I need someone. I'm getting in touch with my home warranty company after the weekend to get my money back from NGR!!!!

  VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! My family and I recently went through some trials and tribulations regarding our AC and our home warranty company. We had an incompetent contractor assigned our claim that made an inaccurate diagnosis (ironically - the contractor was Accurate AC - AVOID AT ALL COSTS). I googled "AC" and "Katy" and found Katy West. Lawrence (the man i spoke with on the phone - I am assuming he is the owner of Katy West) was EXTREMELY helpful, and very knowledgeable about AC units and common problems assigned Rich as a technician to come out to give us a second opinion. Rich not only gave us a proper diagnosis, but he showed us how to find the reset switch in the unit to get the AC working again - if only temporarily. They saved us from having to go to a hotel again! Unfortunately, my home warranty company would not allow me to choose Rich and Katy West as the contractor to fix the unit, but when my contract expires with my current warranty company, I will be looking for the company that contracts Katy West - Old Republic. Five star service, and I can't thank Rich and the Katy West gang enough!!!!! If you want excellent, quick AC service - call Katy West and ask Lawrence to send Rich. THANK YOU KATY WEST!

  Me and three of my neighbors had these wonderful folks out to our house to do service. They were great and ON TIME!!! They did the work for $1000 dollars less than all the competition estimates I had got. I had three estimates. One from $3000 another for $2800 and another for $3250. I had Richard out and he gave me a price of $1850. I could not believe it. The next morning they were at my home installing. Now I talked my neighbors in to getting them to come to their homes as well. They all say that KWHA crushed the competitions prices. I also bought a service contract from them. I will ALWAYS RECOMMEND KWHA FOR EVERYONE I COME IN CONTACT WITH. Get your estimates folks and give them a call and see if I'm kidding. They can and will beat all of your expectations hands down!!
