    I am injury prone and Katie was able to work around my injuries (shoulder, ankle, knee) and I was still able to tighten my muscles and lose weight. Not to mention I'm an emotional wreck sometimes and I remember Katie spending one our entire sessions talking with me because she felt that was more important than pushing me hard in the gym. She was right, I needed that and was able to refocus to go back to work and meet up with her on her own time to make up for our missed workout. She is my favorite of all time.
