  We used Joe for our framing and pre-move in inspections. Joe is a very knowledgeable inspector having previously been a custom home builder. He is familiar with the building codes and provided us with a 57 page report covering all the aspects of what should be inspected prior to taking possession of a new home. The report provides photos of corrections that need to be made as well as how the inspected house systems should be built, installed and function. I highly recommend Joe to anyone considering home inspection services. He has the expertise to provide an outstanding understanding of the condition of your home to be.

  JWK Inspections provided nothing but exceptional, professional service from start to finish. From the first time I called Joe, to the time Dan submitted his findings, I was extremely impressed by timely responses to my questions and especially Dan's expert knowledge throughout his inspection of a prospective property for purchase. JWK Inspections also had options for advanced inspecting techniques including thermal imaging for a look inside walls for pest damage or rotting, and a foundation survey measuring kit which detected even seven-tenths of an inch difference from one corner of the foundation to the other. ... I was also very impressed with JWK's charitable contributions to the community.

  If you need a home inspection Joe is the guy for the job. We a work about to move into a new house and decided it would be best if we got a new home inspection and Joe came in and did a great job and found a lot of things that the builders had overlooked. With his help and the building inspection report we were able to get the builders to finish the house appropriately and promptly. Thank you Joe

  As a first time homebuyer, I didn't know who to call to get my home inspection. After doing some research online, I found this awesome company.
  
  My inspector, Dan, was awesome! He showed up on time and did a great job inspecting my home. He took the time to explain everything and sent the report back to me in a very timely fashion. Also, their rates are extremely competitive!
  
  I highly recommend using JWK inspections if you're looking for an inspector. Buying a new house is a big deal and you'll want to make sure the inspection gets done right.
