    Working with Coleen helped me to gain a solid foundation in healthy eating and understanding what works best for my body. I became more interested in food and food preparation. She researches the area constantly and I was always confident that her advice was sound. She is also extremely skilled at working with individual personalities. By the end of the program I achieve my desired weight. Four years later I've maintained the healthy lifestyle easily using the principles I learned from Coleen. I couldn't recommend her more!

    Coleen's work at Just Feel Good was a extremely beneficial experience for me. I changed the way I thought about "dieting" and learned a new healthy lifestyle. I learned about meals, snacking, how to fit in meals at the best time for my busy schedule, and even tips on work outs, sleeping better, hormonal health. I recommended Coleen to my friend's and I'm excited to hear about their results!

    I decided to talk to Coleen after being tired of not being able to live a life outside the bathroom. I had to always keep in mind where the nearest bathroom is in case of an emergency- which happened often.

    So I saw Coleen who established that I have IBS. And she got me to incorporate food into my diet that A) i was familiar with being of Russian/ Ukrainian background and B)even if i wasn't familiar with a product she told me the exact brand to get and where to look for it.

    Some of the foods she told me to eat were surprising being high fat foods, but they immediately made me feel better. And she introduced me to Kombucha which I still don't particularly like, but it does wonders to my digestion. And I also learned that soy is bad and is in everything these days especially my favorite foods (ensue a lot of whining sessions which she bravely and patiently bore)

    When I followed the diet strictly i saw my condition improve. When I didn't my condition went back to its annoying bleh ways.

    She usually gives a tour of a health food store, but since i know the inside and outside of Trader Joe's better than i know my own home, she didn't have to do that with me.

    It was an educational experience which i shall take on with me, and it definitely exceeded the "here is a copy of the food pyramid. Follow it" that i got when I visited a nutritionist for the first time in 2010.

    If you have trouble losing weight, or like me have endless digestion problems, or just want to improve your health- see Coleen. Her advice may at times be unconventional- but it works.

    I was a client of Colleen's a few years ago. I didn't know she had a Yelp page until now! Colleen taught me so much about food, nutrition, and how it can be used as medicine and the proper fuel for healthy living. I stopped getting cold sores, I slept better, stopped having so much anxiety, and my metabolism was kickstarted! For the most part, I still stick by what the personal diet she pieced together for me over the course of a few months and I have continued to feel better and healthier every day! I can't praise her enough really! Worth the investment to be a happier you!

    I started working with Coleen to lose weight and feel better physically. I've lost 25 pounds and feel much more energetic. She's passionate about helping people reach their goals and understand the changes she recommends. No quackery, hunger, or deprivation. Food I like! She's fun to work with: great sense of humor, and dead serious about helping you get realistic results. No quick fixes, but lifestyle changes I can live with. I've recommended her to my psychotherapy patients, too!
