He is responsive, fast, knowledgable, and has great relationships with the Apple store. I have many contractor that I work with, and Joe sits at the top of the list for go-to knowledge and support. I worked with Joe today and could not be happier. My Mac is quite old and he had to come up with some creative solutions for my problem but I think we got it. He's personable, knowledgable, courteous, cognizant of how he's using the money you're paying him (e.g. I had some files to copy over that is going to take hours and we talked about other options as opposed to him just sitting and babysitting the files). I will definately be using him in the future and recommending him to others!

I had a power outage last week while working on my iMac. When the power came back on about five minutes later, my computer wouldn't start again. I tried everything I knew, even zapping the PRAM, but still, no go.
