... The massage therapist was amazing. She had no problem working my back in all the right ways to make my legs and arms stop hurting. She did compression on my arms at my request, and I could feel the pain leeching out.

At the end of the massage - they gave me a little glass of cucumber water - which was both delicious and appreciated.

Pain didn't stand a chance. In 30 minutes I went from 'can't concentrate through the pain' to
'let's eat! I have things to do!'

    I will absolutely be back.

... My prenatal massage was wonderful. It was my first and only prenatal massage, so I don't speak from experience but my lower back thanked me after going! You switch positions very carefully throughout the massage and get propped up with pillows in all the right places. You also get covered up and kept warm and cozy throughout. My husband got the Therapeutic Aromatherapy Massage. He was very happy with it and I can attest that he smelled really nice like lemongrass afterwards.

... It has helped me make some everyday changes to allow me to self care more and to have a more positive outlook overall.
