JRA Cycles is the best bike shop on the planet. They have such a large selection of inventory from bikes to clothing and what they don't have on hand they can order for you with an incredible speedy turnaround. The staff is super friendly, very knowledgeable and caring. They really get to know their customers to build, fix, and assessorize to their needs. The service dept is top notch. I walk in with a smile and always walk out with an even bigger smile. I can never thank them enough!

JRA is the most welcoming, knowledgable shop around. Every time you walk in, they greet you with a smile and with respect, no matter your knowledge level or the amount you want to spend. They offer a wide variety of bike brands for every type of riding, and they know what they are talking about. There mechanics are also second-to-none. JRA is also a very good supporter of all things to do with New England cycling, from charity rides to teams to races.

These guys are incredible! I had brought my bike elsewhere for a problem with my bike, where they said they couldn't fix it and turned me away. Then I brought it to JRA. The mechanic took a look, kept it until the next day, and fitted the part with a self made bent piece of metal to use as an actuator pin! Genius.

Friendly, knowledge staff. Great selection of bikes, gear and parts. Has a couple demo days specializing in mountain bikes.
The carry a variety of bikes, but realistically cater towards mountain bikes. And the brands they carry are not your typical big name brand bike, but something a bit more special. -
They know what they are talking about, plain and simple. They have excellent customer service, know their products very well, and ride all over. They are sensitive to budgets, skills, types of riding and do not force you into anything your not comfortable with. Simply put, they know what they are doing!
