They were professional and gave a fair quote for repair. It was 3x less than a much larger company. Unfortunately, J&P couldn't do the service due to our limited crawl space access.

After initially collecting the $90 trip fee they decided that customer service mattered over money and didn't charge us.
Next time we need service they'll be the first company I contact. -

Once again J&P has saved the day, this time diagnosing and repairing a conked-out AC on the first day of the heatwave in slightly less time than could be considered miraculous. That's why I always call them.
... Getting it done HONESTLY makes it almost precious. Seriously, they probably could have said I needed a new Wankel Cuff Bonnet Orifice Tube for the Controlled Vortex Dashpot Damper and what would I have known? ...
