They always have a great attitude and they are ready to answer just about any question, when I was ready to purchase a new mountain bike they gave all the information and recommendations on the models I had interest in.

Derek and crew are amazing! I blew a tire out while touring the Olympic 420 route last weekend and Derek was a life saver. He met me at the shop early Sunday morning to set me up with a new tire and sealant. Wouldn't take any compensation -- he just wanted to help a brother out. I highly recommend Joy Ride Bikes! I will definitely be back the next time I'm in town.

Hands down the best bike shop I've been to! They have great inventory at very fair prices. But what really impressed me was the staff and their family like mentality, they were very friendly, respectable and even remembered my name on a later visit. On top of all that, I've found that they are very involved in the community and provide little get togethers for the local riders. I got a new bike to ride with my son and even made some friends in the process!!
