... First off her office staff was very nice and professional. While waiting in the office, a customer, that had come in late, and was not able to meet his appointment time, was being very rude and racist, and the staff handled him quite professionally, and saw him on his way out. ...

Dr. Glaich informed and educated me on what type of cyst I had, prior, and post surgery.
Although far for me, I was willing to make the commute, due to the high positive reviews!
If you're like me and are coming in from a long distance, it's worth it, and afterwards, get something to eat on the Southwest side, you're practically right there in New Chinatown!

I got to meet both Dr. Stern and Dr. Glaich. Highly recommended for all your dermatological needs. Dr. Glaich performed my surgery. Very professional yet down to earth. Consultation and procedure went smoothly and stress free. The nurse was kind and courteous and knowledgeable.

If all doctors were like Dr. Stern there would be no need to have the jitters or anxiety before seeing a doctor. This was my first visit and all I can say is that I will definitely be returning. Dr. Stern was so knowledgeable and extremely delightful to talk to. If your looking for a great doctor who listens to you and knows their stuff, Dr. Stern is your guy!
