John was great in every way. He was extremely responsive with text and emails, and willing to work around our schedules. He thought of things that we would never have considered, and had recommendations for things beyond what would be expected for a realtor: contractors and designers for the new home, in addition to a lawyer and inspector. Unlike many realtors who can seem like cheerleaders trying to point out only the good in a potential home, John had a very critical eye. He had many insights into what homes fit our needs, as well as any red flags in the homes. ... I have already recommended John to many friends.
