I've been going to Dr. Ball since 2011 & recommend him highly. I run 1 or 2 trail races a month, they're usually 30+ miles with an occasional 50 miler thrown in for good measure. He's the reason I've been able to keep doing what I love (67 marathons & 80 ultras so far). He's very good at healing the injury, but more importantly, tracing the source of the injury to prevent further occurrence. And then if appropriate, exercises or specific stretching is demonstrated to help alleviate or strengthen the injured site. His support staff of Boone & Lani are first rate and are very knowledgeable in their fields. I don't get injured often, but when it occurs, it's great knowing I've got an amazing sports doc & his team in my corner.

Dr. Ball and staff keep me running, even though I am in my 70's. I am learning to catch things early, get their help, do the exercises, and then hit the road again. Every run is a gift. I feel so grateful that I am working with the best!

Dr. Ball, thank you for not saving me from the steeplechase torture. The race went very well (y) last Saturday. I truly appreciate your work and how you explained everything. Your entire team is awesome, and it was a pleasure to have met all of you. Good vibes!

Dr. Ball is AMAZING! I had debilitating nerve pain in my left leg and could not sit or drive for more than 10 minutes without needing pain meds. I am a Holistic Health Practitioner/Massage Therapist so pain meds are not an option for me and I believe that finding the source of your pain is more important than just masking it. Dr. Ball does just that! He finds the source and then does everything necessary to correct the issue.
... His staff is also very friendly and helpful.
If you want pain relief and answers, see Dr. Ball !!

Pain in my low back, hip, and glute stopped me from running, hiking, kickboxing, and playing volleyball after 35 years--I'm 47. I had already seen my sports medicine doctor (MD) a couple times, two physical therapists, two other chiropractors, massage therapists, and a pain management doctor (MD) before a gal from my gym recommended John (Dr. Ball) to me. All the professionals I had already seen essentially spent 10 minutes with me, gave me their "one size fits all" spiel, and sent me on my way. And both prior chiropractors insisted on cracking my back upon arrival because I guess that's their treatment for most issues. None was able to find a reason or long term solution for my pain. ...
