I've worked with Joe for several years. He's a very good teacher and only wants the best for his clients. When I first started working with Joe, I weighed 335 pounds, now I'm down to 298 and my strength and agility has increased. He is always available to advise myself and his other clients on best technique and equipment.

I've been taking Forge Fitness' Aerial Conditioning classes for the past few months and I've already seen massive improvements in my strength and flexibility! Joe is a knowledgeable and charismatic trainer who has designed a curriculum that is perfect for my interests. With his help I have found that my stamina on the silks has increased by minutes and that my new-found strength has enabled new aerial moves that had previously not be available to me. My aerial success is due in no small part to Joe's training and Forge Fitness' Aerial Conditioning classes, and I therefore wholeheartedly recommend this program to anyone looking for fitness solutions!
