  I'm so glad I decided the good reviews for J&K Plumbing were enough to prompt me to call them.
  Joe came out on short notice to check out my water heater. Pilot was out and wouldn't relight.
  
  Joe was courteous and give me a heads up text when he was on his way so I could leave my office to meet him. He got the pilot relit after cleaning the air intake but said to let him know if it went out again.
  
  ... I highly recommend Joe and J&K Plumbing. I will definitely call them in the future.

  What can I say? Joe is the most skillful, caring and honest plumber I have had the pleasure of working with.
  ... What an angel!
  Found out the clog was the same issue as the shower and Joe fixed it right then and there.
  We feel so blessed to have met and hire J&K Plumbing. Look nowhere else East Bay, this is your plumber!!!

  This is first time I use a plumber and I have no doubt that we will choose JK for all future needs! He is very skillful and able to think of solutions creatively. He suggested a solution to cut open an old pipe instead of my original plan to install a new pipe for my second washer drainage saves me tons of trouble. He not only get things done but also get problems solved. I would recommend JK to anyone looking for plumber.
