JK Computer Services in University City is conveniently located at the corner of Genessee and Governor, next door to the VONS Market. We offer computer repair services and a good selection of parts and accessories. We even repair Apple products. I find myself often telling people that computers are more like automobiles than television sets. This is because, as much as we would like to just turn them on, use them, then turn them off, the reality of it is that from time to time they need some professional attention. This is where JK Computer Services comes in. From preventative maintenance like air cleaning and system optimization to software and hardware repairs, you can trust us to do the right thing. There are a lot of "big name stores" like Best Buy, Staples and Circuit City that are attempting to enter the computer repair business. They usually charge exorbitant prices and the work is done by "technicians" that really don't care. You can rest assured that Karl, Dave and Amy go out of their way to make sure that the right service is being performed, that the work is done in a timely manner and that you are being charged a fair price. We run a very clean and organized facility where you can see the computers being worked on and talk with the technicians about your problems and the resolutions that we have implemented. Read more

    Karl and company are absolutely THE BEST!!! Unreal integrity, urgency and FANTASTIC knowledge!!! They have SAVED me countless times and I could not say more good things about them... I NEED my computer everyday... if it is down I hurt in a BIG way!

    I stopped by jk computers and was amazed how honest the guy at the front desk was.
    The mouse on my laptop didn't work and I went to fix it knowing I'm going to pay for fix and parts. But the guy at front desk looked at my computer and simply connected a wired mouse and it was working with out problem. No charge! I just paid $12 for a mouse and was good to go.

    I was really skeptical about the costs and fees of getting my laptop repaired at my local computer store. However, JK Computer services (yeah that name didn't help) was quick and affordable. I had issues with my Dell Inspiron 15 screen (the computer continually tried to turn on, but the screen stayed black) and also had MANY upcoming deadlines. They took it into the shop and by the next day, they called me back and had it fixed up. The costs were also fairly cheap. Plus I received a student discount.

    I only take my Asus ROG laptop here, they can handle anything from basic consumer desktops and laptops to high end custom machines. Been coming for 6-7 years, I'll continue to stay here. Customer service is great!
