  This bridal salon is great! I love the casual vibe, all the staff is very friendly and the whole experience was great. I went by myself to the Carolina Herrera trunk show and they helped me pick a beautiful dress from the collection, they have a nice variety of designers, price points and styles. The thing that I like the most was that Jin is the one that oversees all of the fittings, she is very knowledgeable and has this very clam vive that makes you feel at ease. I went there 3 times, one to pick the dress and 2 fittings, I will pick my dress in two more weeks and that would be it. I'm a little sad I won't be returning anytime soon (unless one of my friends gets engaged) to "visit" all the beautiful dresses they have on display. I would highly recommend this place to any of my friends.

  By far the best experience I had at a bridal salon! ... While Jin handles the fittings, her staff is extremely talented and, Lily (I highly recommend her) was actually the one who carefully listened to my feedback about other dresses and brought me the dress to try on that I eventually ended up buying. No pushy sales people here, only understanding associates who completely respect that this is a big decision and support the need to "sleep on it" for as long as you need. I cannot rave about this salon enough; you'll have to stop by for an appointment yourself and you will not be let down!

  I love the ambiance!! Beautiful open space with huge windows overlooking the streets of San Francisco. I always saw wedding dresses in the window from the street, and I wondered how the store itself looked from the inside. Now I know! The staff is very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. I told my friend Kim to try this place because it has really good reviews. She made an appointment on a Sunday afternoon, we met with Lily, and she was wonderful!! Kim was able to pick out some dresses that she liked, and Lily picked out some dresses which she felt would flatter Kim. In total Kim tried on about 7 dresses. She ended up liking 3, and 2 of which Lily picked out. Funny thing, Kim did not like most of the dresses she picked- just 1. That just shows they know what they are doing here!!!

  WOW! Where do i even begin? This review is so past due! I bought my dress from one of Jin Wang's sample dress sale's for my wedding last August and it was the most pleasant experience. Jin Wang was my first and only stop for looking my wedding dress. We found the most BEAUTIFUL dress at such a great affordable cost for a designer dress. She really went over and beyond for me, my mom and my bridal party at all of our fittings. I really looked forward to my fittings with her. I definitely challenged her with losing 15-20 lbs in just a few months and she accommodated me by taking the dress in right before the wedding and it fit like a glove.

  I bought my wedding dress from Jin Wang in her San Francisco boutique. Not only did they have the best dress selection, just as important (if not more), the customer service was hands down, amazing! I visited around a dozen bridal shops between SF and NYC to find my dress, and this was the only place that didn’t feel rushed or like a bridal factory trying to get you to hurry up, make a decision and then up-sell you at the end. I worked primarily with Jin and Lily during my visits and they were both warm, accommodating and just made the whole bridal dress shopping process a breeze. I would highly recommend Jin Wang to any bride looking for a relaxed environment where the staff genuinely cares about helping you find what you want and what fits your personality / style.
