  I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are fantastic -- the service is excellent, the knowledge and ingenuity is unsurpassed. Why they are NOT the go to installers of high end appliances I don't understand. ...
  
  They are quick, VERY neat -- my kitchen floor is cleaner than when they started -- EXTREMELY professional and they really know their stuff. If I were given the option to use this company from the beginning I would have known there was issue the minute the hood was delivered and not 2.5 months later -- meaning my hood would have been installed last year and not 6.5 months after they realized there was problem.

  Excellent experience with their installation of a 48" built-in refrigerator. They provided very professional, courteous service. The team was very careful in the removal/installation, and sufficient floor protection was used during the process. Refrigerator fit like a glove. Price charged was as quoted on the phone. No surprises.

  Jim and Reese did an amazing job installing my Bosch kitchen appliances this week. Their attention to detail on the existing work in the kitchen was evident. They got the fridge panels 99.9% of the way there and then only needed me for the last 0.1% alignment, and even then I imagine this is just a trick of the trade to make the client feel useful :) They were incredibly professional and careful. When an incident arose where someone banged the wood and dented it, (even though I am pretty certain it was not them but someone else who wouldn't fess up to it) they offered a compromise on that as well. I highly recommend these folks for any appliance installation in the future and am very thankful that Sharon at CBD recommended them!

  It's been a couple of months since Matt and his team installed our 30" Thermador refrigerator. These guys are the best! Super intelligent, careful, professional and thoughtful. Our job was very challenging and it required four men for about three hours. Matt led his team with the utmost perfectionism. ... He personally finished the job. I hate to say it, but sometimes install teams are not the brightest folks...I was really nervous about the complexity of the job and the difficulty of doing it right within the tight confines of our space (and two steep flights of stairs) but Matt really inspires confidence. He is a very smart and competent installer. Of course. you are paying top dollar for this expertise, but it is well worth it. I highly recommend AIS.
