Go local! Getting my iPhone screen replaced at Jet City was quicker, cheaper, and more pleasant than getting it replaced at Apple. I got an appointment by calling the day before, and they fixed it in twenty minutes. They also replaced my glass screen protector in-store for free, while in the past I've had to ship it in to the manufacturer in order to get it replaced. All-around very positive experience, would recommend to anyone!

I was lucky enough to find the folks at Jet City to help me out.
The Jet City team was empathetic, friendly, and super responsive.
They replaced both my phone screen and ear sensor for a reasonable price and got it all done it 24 hours.
These guys are the best around and I would recommend them to anyone in need of a device repair.

Called up and they set me up with an appointment, although it's super easy to do online. I rolled in, they tested out the phone basics and let me know about a couple issues I could keep an eye on. Told it would be 30, but they got it done in 15. Super cool, super nice, super efficient. Totally recommend.

Unfortunately I've had to get more than one iPhone screen repaired, and Jet City is definitely the best. Good price, extremely quick, the guys were nice - you can't really ask for more! I was in and out in 15 minutes and the repair has held up very nicely for months.

They responded promptly to my call. The replacement of glass for my Ipad was performed on time at the pre-quoted estimate with no surprises. They also followed up several months later to see whether there were any problems - rare customer service in this day and age. I am not 100% certain that the same 'glass' of the same exact weight, etc was used to replace it but I never asked. I assume it is not Apple's glass. Regardless, it has lasted so far with no dents, scratches or problems using it.
