I pulled in to the Jensen's parking lot on a Saturday morning about 10 minutes before they opened. It's a good thing I did because three cars pulled up a few minutes after I did. Once Jensen's opened, they were all business. I was able to order and purchase my bike in less than 5 minutes. I picked up my bike a few days later because it had to be built. Everyone I dealt with at Jensen's was professional and very knowledgeable.

The Jenson USA folks are great ambassadors for the cycling lifelstyle and it's community. They regularly sponsor mtn biking and road cycling events for the community. They've been great about being proactive in alerting the cycling community when a rider goes down and is in need of financial assistance. They run a dependable and respectable business. I've been especially impressed with their gear advisors and their customer service. I'm sure one will find many are as big a fan as I am of this fine bike shop.

Great website that shows their items for sale. Has decent sales and was local for me to pick items that i buy online and they hold it for me until i pick those up. They also have very good price matching that allows you to price match online.

Hands down best place for all your bicycle needs. Over 2k in parts between multiple purchases (60-500$) and have had no major problems. Its hard to believe these bad reviews.

I always get what I ordered often the next day for up to half (or more) from what any "local bike shop" one order was not in stock which I was told so had to wait a month but when it got pushed back another month they comp'ed a cheaper set and sent it to me next day to hold me over. ... -

Their selection of products is varied, and the page is user friendly. There are always sales, sometimes with very deep cuts in prices. Add that to the free shipping with purchases over $50, and the value is hard to beat. I live in AZ also, so I get my orders in two days usually, with the free shipping!
