  I had a very positive experience at JC Lofton, specifically with Eddie. I brought in a bridesmaids dress to get hemmed and taken in- when I was initially quoted $150 for these services, and a bit upset about the price, Eddie was able to work with me so we could get the cost down to $100. I was told I could pick it up at the end of August, but it was ready probably two weeks before that! I picked up the dress then later decided I wanted to take the padding out of the bust, and Eddie was happy to take it out then sew the dress closed (and didn't charge me anything). It's a small shop and can be crowded, but they have quick turnaround and Eddie is very good at what he does. I appreciate his attention to my price restrictions and his flexibility, and above all, his handiwork.

  Definitely recommend. Needed pants hemmed right away, called and they said to come on in. Location was easily accessible and when I got there, the customer service was great and they hemmed my pants right on the spot. Price was reasonable, they did a great job and I would definitely go back again.

  To preface, I've had all my suits and pants tailored/hemmed here for the past 5 years. I came in to drop off a pair a jeans to get hemmed and to fix a seam on shorts. There a lot of people waiting. Right when I was about to pay, the owner, JC, said if I was willing to stick around, he would knock both of them out! 20 minutes later, he finished the jeans and shorts and saved me a second trip to pick them up! He even stuck around after they had closed. I definitely recommend getting all your tailoring needs done here.

  I've used JC Lofton several times and they have never failed me. Consistently great craftsmanship, even when it has to be a quick turnaround. They're my go-to whenever I need something tailored.

  I brought a winter coat in to have a zipper replaced because it was no longer closing. It turns out the zipper could be repaired and Mr. Lofton did that while I waited, which saved me a ton of time and money. Amazing service! I'll definitely be coming here for any future tailoring needs.
