We went to Jax with a bike issue that 2 other bike stores had misdiagnosed . Gary rode it and had it fixed in 10 min. He was knowledgeable and friendly. We are not going anywhere else again.

Incredible customer service from the manager (Rob) and his entire staff! We bought two bikes last weekend. I had a small issue with one, so I brought it back in. Fixed it on the spot, no questions asked! We purchased a few additional accessories, and they gave us a 20% off coupon for the inconvenience of having to bring the bike in. They didn't have to do that, but they did without us even asking.

This store has a wide variety of bicycles. They range from the affordable to the expensive. They have all types of additional gadgets you can think of putting on to any bike. The best part is the friendly service. Definitely a place to visit with the family.
