  Just picked up my taxes from Janis & wanted to make sure to give her a recommendation. I had 3 years of bad experiences with the person I used in the past, but had trouble finding someone new. Janis or her assistant answered each time I called (unlike others, who never returned calls). She has a very warm personality, while still being professional. I will continue to use her in the future & so glad to have found her. Thank you, Yelp.

  I have been doing my taxes with Janis for the past 4 years and felt guilty not having written a word about her excellent work all these years. I live in Cupertino but will take the time to file my taxes only with Janis due to her high accuracy, diligence and thorough knowledge of her business. She is an expert, straight talker and get it done kinda person who offers excellent data based solutions for filing taxes.Filing taxes is always a pleasant experience with Janis.

  I just want to add that I have since moved to Seattle, yet keep my relationship with Jan Bufkin. She is so familiar with my taxes it is unfathomable to even think of changing.
