Great dentist. Very nice. Explains everything. Does not jump to drill and fill every dark spot he sees just in case it might be a cavity. Actually takes the time to look and make sure you actually need it.

Dr. Trichak, or if you want to be less formal, Jim, is awesome! I've had such a nightmare with finding proper dental care in Phoenix until I found his office, and now I actually enjoy going to the dentist! From the front desk to the dentist and his hygienists, they are all very professional, friendly and helpful. As you are getting a cleaning or any other procedure, they try to elaborate on what they are doing and why they are doing it so you get a better understanding of your dental health. … In fact, he and his staff are extremely complementary and don't make you feel terribly guilty for getting a cavity or not flossing. The office and exam rooms are clean and airy as well. I have recommended coworkers, friends and family and they all agree that this place is the best!

I have trusted Dr. Trichak with my dental health since I was ~14 and am now in my 40s and my entire family and extended family are still loyal clients. I appreciate Dr. Trichak's conservatism, skill, approach, and he always takes the time to walk me thru any areas of concern....not to mention he is just a very nice person. We own an HVAC company and I always describe my way of doing business is just like my dentist....just like he'll 'watch' a small cavity, we too will 'watch' issues with an a/c system before taking action that requires time and money from the customer. So, I suppose I owe not only my dental health to Dr. Trichak, but also my business philosophy...that's a pretty good deal overall!
