  I honestly wish I could've found Dr. Hagen sooner! i arrived little late from my appointment and was seen immediately anyway, I had to bring my small kids with me which caused some trouble during the visit but Dr. Hagen was extremely patient with the situation, he even helped me out while my little one was acting up during our conversation. that little extra showed a lot to me. I've never been to an eye doctor that was so informative, knowledgeable and attentive. He was very thorough. I felt very comfortable and connected with him, he was really laid back I really liked that. I will be recommending him to everyone!

  Dr. Hagan is fantastic. Such a wonderful light nature to him that I find refreshing in a Doctor. He is a wealth of information and his staff is the best. I went in for eye exam and glasses order. I happened to have a pair of sunglasses with me that needed to have the tiny screws tightened. Well without hesitation the friendly woman at the front promptly fixed that side and tightened both FREE of charge. Prices are decent and they work with insurances. I called spoke to Stephanie who was so helpful and patient and was able to get an appointment the same afternoon. My husband and I will be patients of Dr. Hagan for as long as he will have us.

  … I just had my appointment with Dr. Hagen today and it was well worth the wait. It was a very thorough exam and Dr. Hagen is very down to earth, friendly and personable. His office is quite far from where I live in the Brickell area. It took me about 45 minutes to get there, but it was well worth it. His office staff is very pleasant and friendly and the office is very neat and clean. The price of an exam is also very reasonable.
  
  I would highly recommend Dr. Hagen to anybody. He is a true expert at what he does. With years of experience in the Optical World and now the owner of two businesses myself, I can be a very tough critic and Dr. Hagen really exceeded my expectations.
