Your other option was going to a warehouse store where everything is generic or of lesser quality. I've never actually paid these guys to do anything for my home, but my experience with them was great. I had Jackson Luk, the owner, come out to give me a quote for flooring installation for my condo. Instead of taking the work, Jackson gave me lots of useful information and tips, then referred me to someone else who could do the work for a more reasonable rate, and still provide top notch quality, instead of quoting me a higher price. Talk about honesty!

Their custom cabinets are excellent. Jackson is also very easy to deal with, friendly, very honest about what you should do; very refreshing compared to other contractors we have dealt with. Their customer service is also excellent, they deal with problems after the remodel very professionally and fairly.
We had wanted them to do another bathroom remodel, but they were actually too busy. Definitely get an estimate and compare to others that you get if you are interested in remodeling your home, you won't regret it.
