Ohmygoodness. I don't know when I last experienced someone exhibiting the rare quality of patience coupled with knowledge. This is what I found in Al today. Frustrated, I walked in hoping for at least a brief explanation but what I got was a thorough explanation of the workings of a lock and knob and how to install both. Three visits to the store and two phone calls later, the DIY job on my 40-year old door was done. Thank you Al. You brightened what started out as a gloomy week. You are my locksmith from now on.
