I have a cream colored carpet throughout the house which stains easily and often...even a full cup of coffee stain vanished once the job was finished! The owner personally cleaned the carpet spotlessly and great care and time was taken to be sure that the carpets were very dry and raked to the point that I thought I had new carpets in the house (they're 12 years old). I highly recommend using their services.

Great service and excellent cleaning job! We had David come over to clean the carpets at our rental house. There were some dark stains that we doubted could be removed, but David didn't stop till they were completely gone! At one point he went back to the his shop to get a different type of cleaner - Look no further, he's your guy! We're going to have him back in the fall to clean our oriental carpets too! We had rented our home for over five years and when the tenants moved out, we had a terrible mess left behind with the carpets in our home. Although they are obviously not new, we needed to get them cleaned quickly so that we could have our daughter and family move in to the home. I found this company via an online search. David was very responsive and professional. He came on site and gave me a quote, which he followed up in writing. He then proceeded to come in and make these carpets look so good, I was honestly amazed. Excellent, honest, professional service is sometimes difficult to come by, but you will get it all if you use J. Brightwell Carpet Cleaning service !!!!
