  It is certainly the case that before I met Ivan I was ready to commit myself to a lunatic asylum. Technology can be powerful...but it is often complex. Separate from that ...I was delighted to discover that Ivan's Consultancy has very reasonable rates. Ivan is INFINITELY knowledgeable, concerned, PATIENT, EXTREMELY PLEASANT .....and definitely one of the most EFFECTIVE problem-solvers that I have ever encountered. He is more than capable of moving at whatever speed the client prefers. I am EXTREMELY glad that I took the initiative to set up an appointment with him. Because for the first time in months - I am actually - FINALLY ...RELAXED.

  Ivan is more than an expert - he's the computer gods' gift to the hopeless, the hapless, or even the reasonably competent. He and his team have been looking after my digital life for a decade now, and every problem I have ever had has been solved expeditiously and completely. As it happens, a strange thing has happened along the way: the more I use his services, the less I need them, as he's taught me so much I'm almost able to solve my problems without him. Or at least I think so, until the next snafu sends me rushing to the phone to get his help. As you can tell, I think he's pretty good.

  Over the past 10 years I have hired multiple computer consultants to try and solve my email problem on my Mac. I have worked with numerous Microsoft, Google, Apple, and independent IT professionals. Each one has solved part of the problem, but either could not solve the problem completely, or in some cases, even made the problem worse. No matter what I tried, I was not able to get the job done. When I spoke to Ivan, I was able to see that he clearly understood my problem. He told me about other clients of his that had similar problems, and then he described what his recommended course of action would be. He gave me three options to choose from, and I picked the one I felt worked best for me. That was four months ago; my computer has been working flawlessly since then. This has saved me countless hours of wasted time. Needless to say, I HIGHLY recommend Ivan. rweber

  Ivan is highly knowledgeable, admirably professional, and amazingly efficient. He saw me through the purchase of a new Mac by listening carefully to what I need for my profession and then set it up with clear instructions to ensure the most effective steps going forward. During our appointments, he worked systematically and yet remained genial throughout. I enthusiastically recommend him.

  I was having so much trouble with my computer. I knew I needed a new one but I was reluctant. I called Ivan Expert and spoke with Caroline. She helped me decide on a computer that would be best suited for my needs. Ivan came to my home and set up the new computer transferred all my old files with no problem at all and also set up my e-mail server. He was competent and professional and I might add very patient. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs computer help. If you need help with your computer call them they really are great!
