Saw reviews on Yelp so decided to give a try. Wifi always weak in certain areas of condo (duplex down). Bought the Eero routers that were supposed to solve everything, couldn't get them to work any better than the Comcast router. After texting over a few pictures of our set up, George came over a saturday afternoon and checked everything out. Very deliberate, very thorough investigation of what was needed to fix. Long story short- one of the Eero routers had firmware that needed to be updated, and once that was done, he figured out the best places to place the router and extender. End result, were able to achieve full Wifi at every area in out place, upstairs and down and even on our outdoor patio. All in all about a hour, hour and a half. Super nice guy and was able to explain and show what was wrong and what he was doing to fix it. WELL worth it Highly recommend

After some confusion George was able to switch my two computers and programs to my relief and satisfaction. George was able to complete much of the work remotely from his computer. He invested the time to ensure the transfer was made successfully and offered followup advice if needed.

My computer crashed. George was helpful, prompt, and thorough in recovering my data. His working out of a home office and having a flexible schedule made it convenient to work with him too! I was a little apprehensive about giving over my computer to a stranger in a house, but...he was trustworthy.

I had a number of issues, so I called around asking for help with my Dell, Chromebook, phone, magic jack and printer/fax/scanner - George K. was the first one to call me back. First he helped me remotely, then he made a house call a few days later. Everything is working fine now... He was also very helpful in answering all my questions, giving advice, etc.. I'd definitely recommend ITGuy Solutions to anyone needing help with their systems.
