Carry only the best equipment and never try to up sell you on things you do not need or above your ability level. They are all bike riders and love the sport. They have local knowledge of all the trials in southern Nevada and are willing to show you the best trails for the best experience. They often have local rides they sponsor for customers. They support IMBA and the local Southern Nevada chapters for trail building.

  Irwin Cycles is what a bike shop should be ... a friendly and knowledgeable staff with an A plus mechanic. The team at Irwin is not judgemental on your bike like some of the other shops in town. They just want to get you riding without pressure of trying to sell you expensive upgrades or other things you don't really need. Irwin Cycles is definitely a great neighborhood bike shop! I would highly recommend before you buy a part, accessory or a new bike, swing by Irwin and talk to Carl.

  The best customer service I’ve experienced. Carl takes the time to understand your needs and makes recommendations based more on the customer than his profits. Whether you’re repairing a $200 cruiser or a $10,000 carbon Xc race bike you experience consistent service. Every friend I’ve sent to this shop has thanked me for the recommendation.

  What an awesome shop. I came here based on the reviews. We just moved here from NOVA and the guys here have been quite the welcoming crew. Everyone in here has displayed genuine intent to make sure I was satisfied, got the most for my money, and that their work was complete. I know where I will be taking our bikes from now on.

  We had a really old bike that has not been used in years, we thought the tubes needed to be changed and contacted Irwin Cycles. We brought the bike down and Carl looked it over, put air in the tires and he thought the air may have escaped, he offered to keep the bike overnight and change the tubes if needed in the morning or we could take it home. He seemed confident the tubes were fine so we took it home. I asked about the chain, again I have not ridden the bike in at least 15 years, and he said he lubricated the chain and it looked fine. He then asked if we took the front wheel off to transport the bike and we let him know we did not, well as it turned out the wheel was really loose, probably falling off loose and looks like it was taken off at some point and hand tightened. Of course Carl tightened the wheel and said we were all set, when we asked how much he said no charge!! How refreshing in this day and age to find individuals who go out of their way to help you and enjoy doing it. Thank you Carl and you can be sure that anything we need for the bike we will be coming back to see you.

  I needed a quote for replacing my tire tubes and snipping a frayed cable on the bike. It's a friend's bike that she loaned to me. I brought the bike in and spoke with Carl. He was really polite and kind. Total down to earth and honest person. He filled the tires with air, and said I may not need to replace the tubes, if the tires go flat I can just bring it back and change the tubes. He snipped the frayed cable and lubed up the bicycle chain. He inspected the bike, spun the back tire and applied the brakes. He tightened the front tire for me. I would definitely come back as a returning customer if I needed a reasonably priced bike shop in the area. It was 7 minutes from where we live and conveniently located inside Siena Town Center. If you are looking straight at Smith's it's on your right. I would HIGHLY recommend this bike shop to neighbors in the area.

  I would recommend Irwins Cycles to anyone looking for a that "Local" bike shop atmosphere along with some good MTB conversation, and quality work. When I first moved down to Las Vegas a few years ago, I went on the hunt for a bike shop where I could spend my hard earned dollars. I hit up most of the bike shops in the area and really get that "Local" bike shop feel.
  
  I eventually made my way out to Irwins Cycles to look for some new tires and the owners Carl and Lifan were very friendly and helpful. They answered my questions and I walked out a happy customer with some new tires. Since then I've had my fork, shock, dropper post, and my carbon wheels serviced and rebuilt a few times with no problems. They perform quality work with a fast turn around time so you can get back on the trails!
  
  I also purchased a new fork from Irwins and had a problem with some paint chipping off of the fork. I hit them up and they told me it was a known problem and would take care of it. I brought it back into them and my fork was replaced in no time. If you're looking for that bike shop or just visiting from out of town, I would recommend stopping by Irwin Cycles any day.
