  My experience with these guys has been top notch. First, they are really on the ball in terms of the administrative aspect of what they do. I've made all my appointments online or through my phone, completed all my initial paperwork on online, and have been able to stay in touch with all the therapists either by email or text. In fact I don't think I've had to call this place once. They also have gone to great lengths to handle everything with my insurance, including submitting claims, documentation, etc to my insurance provider even though I am out-of-network...

  I went to the go see the ownerowner, Steve, cause of a recent car accident. I was having several issues with my back and legs. Steve was able to pinpoint the issues immediately! He knew exactly what was going on and how to fix it. His explanation and examples were thourough and easy for me to understand, compared to others that I've seen in the past.
  We started to work on the problem areas using manual tecjniques and other tools that I've never seen before, but were equally effective. During the session, which he provided close and lengthy one on one time, he explained what he was doing and why. That made me feel comfortable and at ease...

  I came to iPT after my second meniscus surgery on my left knee (first surgery was repair in 2014, second was meniscectomy this January). Both surgeries were done at HSS.
  
  I did a lot of research online before deciding to go see Stephen and I'm thrilled with the experience. I've been seeing Stephen and Fernando (Nando) since mid-January and my recovery has been unbelievable. Stephen and Fernando are fantastic and really fun to be around. When I went back for my two week and five week check ups with my doctor, she was astounded with the progress. These guys are the real deal and if you're serious about making a full recovery than look no further.
  
  They are also fantastic about answering questions and making sure you understand everything that's going on.

  Great experience with the team at iPT. I've had challenges with my shoulder / posture for years and Steve rapidly diagnosed the problem and set to work to fix it. Him and Fernando have made such a big difference to how I feel in a really short time. It's unfortunate that the rest of the work to get stronger is now down to me : )

  ...In addition, Steve believes strongly in the value of increasing his knowledge. He remains up-to-date with current trends and prevailing breakthroughs by continuing his education regularly not only within his practice field, but beyond.
  
  Finally, Steve and Matt have exceeded my expectations by working directly with my insurance company, a time consuming task to say the least. They have resolved an issue concerning my reimbursements and I can’t thank them enough.
