My iPhone took a deep dive whilst in Thailand. Needless to say, things were not working so well afterward. The experts at iPro Service were able to repair my iPhone as well as to recover and back up my data. I was one of the lucky ones from what I've been told. Thankfully I knew that as soon as a phone gets wet and malfunctions, turn it off and keep it off! Thanks again!

I don't usually write reviews but the service I received was awesome!! After endless phone calls and visits to the Apple store and my phone carrier…I got fed up and went to iPro Service. It was seamless. I dropped my cracked & bent iPhone off and in less than 1 hour it was all resolved. My phone is as good as new and it cost less than all of the options I’d tried. Thank you so much for being reliable, timely, and cost effective!

I had somehow just managed to drop my iPhone 6 directly into a cup of water. I'm embarrassed to say that I had not backed up my phone to iCloud and was immediately in a terrible state of panic because my whole life was in that phone. Things I would never be able to replace. After running all over town to 3 different places desperately trying to find help, I was so lucky to find someone who was able to refer me to iPro Service. I felt sick at this point thinking I had lost everything. Juergen was so incredibly helpful and assured me that it didn't look good but that he would do his best. I am so happy to say that within 24hrs I was told that he was able to save my phone. I don't think I've ever been so relieved. Not only did he help me immediately and stay after closing when he had other personal plans of his own, I received my phone back better than NEW! I couldn't be more grateful to this very kind man. Stopped into do a repair while visiting. I noticed they had good reviews so I figured I would give them a shot. I was blown away by the service I received. They were friendly and spoke with me the entire time while doing my iPhone screen repair.

Being new to the area I was excited to learn what cool places to visit and places to eat. So basically this situation of me breaking my phone on vacation which was going to be a horrible story, but it didn't cost me that much and I had a cool experience which later turned into more cool experiences. Phone repaired and looks and works excellent. That and the customer service made this a win for me and I appreciate it.
