  I dropped my phone and shattered it this morning. Called the place and they quoted me a quick turnaround timeframe. I came in literally as they were about to close this evening and the guy still agreed to work my phone. Now that is customer service! And he did it within 15 minutes and just like that my phone is brand new. Friendliest guy I've ever met. I drove out all the way to this place because I've read raving reviews and now I see why. I will definitely be recommending iPlace to all my friends and work.

  Called this store in a panic when my phone wasn't working. Was helped immediately and wasn't charged a dime with incredible customer service from Andrew! Will definitely be returning here for any of my needs!

  As far as convenience is concerned this is the place for iPhone repair in Chicago. I live in the loop and these guys were fantastic! It took exactly 20 mins (what they claim on their website), and they ran all the tests to insure that my phone was working perfectly. I came here because of another persons great experience, AFTER, some "genius," at apple tried to sell me another phone when there was clearly nothing wrong with my current phone. I cannot thank these guys enough, I had a 3pm flight and my phone that I use for my entire work/personal life stopped working because of an APPLE issue. These guys crushed service.

  I broke my phone screen really bad, and contemplated just getting a whole new phone. Did some research online and Daniel seemed to have the best reviews and prices. Daniel didn't disappoint! His prices were extremely affordable and he was fast. He made sure the phone was working perfectly before returning it to me. Thanks a lot Daniel ! I really appreciate your professionalism.

  I WENT TO THE KIOSK IN CHICAGO ON VACATION WHEN MY PHONE BROKE! THE GUY WHO WORKED THERE WAS REALLY HELPFUL HE FIXED MY CRACKED PHONE SUPER QUICK AND RECOMMEND A SUPER CUTE AND PROTECTIVE CASE!
