These guys are great! They're tech savvy and super quick. They replaced my broken iPhone 6s + in 30 mins, it looked brand new. I added a screen protector and was out the door. They offered me a great price! Lowest one I've come across so far. They're open until 8, so easy to go after work, park on a side street and no hassle. The main guy is always so friendly when I go in and very helpful. The lady that works there (Asian), also very smart and quick! She is just not good at customer service. Not very friendly.

My wife had her iPhone fixed here earlier this year. When my screen cracked, I took my phone to Dial Net. I felt very well taken care of. Easy and fast service. Fair pricing. Made getting my screen fixed easy and not a major ordeal. I hope my screen doesn't crack again, but if it does, I know I'm going here.

I am visiting L.A. from Vancouver, B.C. CANADA and yesterday, just by chance happened upon Dialnet. What a find! I've tried to hold out on purchasing a replacement battery for my iPhone 6. The original battery was charging, but not keeping it's charge. Carrying a battery pack and charging in the car was extremely cumbersome. Hopped into Dialnet and was greeted by an extremely courteous and polite young man. Within minutes I had a new battery, all charged and ready to go. Price was excellent too! I will be heading back there for another service before I fly back home.

Great job on rescuing me from having a broken phone I dropped my iPhone 7 Plus at the gym directly on the power off and on button dented it so bad I couldn't turn my phone on or off. They totally fixed it for under $200 and Apple wanted close to 400 just to fix the same problem. They also hooked me up with a great case and protective glass thank you guys you are always my go to when I screw up my phone five stars all the way
