  We had a group of 5 for a private party with Kimberly as our instructor. It was such an amazing experience! Kimberly made sure we were all comfortable and enjoyed each pose. We tried at least 6 poses (probably closer to 10) during a 1 hour session. Expect a workout when you go, this will work your arms especially.

  I loved the pace of this class, not too slow and not too much. I also loved how we started out learning sequences for those of us that want to continue and progress. I love to be challenged and this was it, scheduling to return ASAP.

  Our instructor Alicia was amazing! I chose this place for my birthday party and it was EVERYTHING! I recommend this place to anyone will to try new things! Thank you so much for an exceptional experience. I want to return to actually take classes ❤ again, thanks for everything!

  My cousin surprised me for my birthday with a lesson with Kimberly here. IT WAS AMAZING!!! So much fun and Kimberly was a phenomenal teacher. Seriously it was an experience I'll never forget! I'll be back soon!! :D
