  Our realtor recommended Inspectrum as a possible inspection company to come out and look at our new home - and I'm glad we did! We were pleased with meeting Michael Jakubec, who was not only on time but very courteous! We really appreciated his willingness to guide us in some maintenance items and walking us through how to use our new gas fireplace. He had a ton of knowledge in what he was reviewing and was kind enough to explain each step and what he was looking for. We also appreciated his honest thoughts on areas of immediate concern and those for us to budget for in the future.

  Our experience with Inspectrum was very enjoyable. They got back to me really quickly to set up the apt and were really communicative throughout the process. We had Lisa for our inspection and we were really happy with her as well. I really appreciated how thorough she was walking through the place with us. As first time home buyers, it was definitely really helpful. Also, everything got back to us really quickly which we appreciated.

  I needed an inspection for a condo purchase. I called Inspectrum and was able to schedule an inspection within a few days. Mike Jakubec was my inspector and he was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant throughout the inspection. He invited me to ask him questions as we went through the condo. He pointed out each issue that he found and advised me why it was being raised. He shared his inspection with me on his laptop before he left and he emailed the completed inspection to me within hours of the inspection. I was very pleased and highly recommend Inspectrum.
