We used Inspect360 on the recommendation of our broker. Doug was very knowledgeable and thorough. He was happy to answer any question I had, and spent an extensive amount of time inspecting the property. The home was 100 years old, and he was able to give helpful guidance on what might be problematic, and what was simply because of the age & longevity of the structure. We'd gladly use Inspect360 again.

Absolutely amazing company. Was able to order the inspection and they came out within 2 days. So thorough, every inconsistency on the property was explained in layman's terms and included pictures. They even followed up with us a few days after to ask if we had any questions/needed clarification.

Tyler Basham with I360 did an incredible job. He was thorough and patient with us as potential buyers, and explained everything good and bad about our older East Dallas house. He even spent extra time inspecting the garage as there was a mix-up about it being a part of the inspection, which showed us he valued excellent service over form. His report was easy to follow and very helpful. We would definitely use I360 again.

I wanted to take a minute and commend inspection provided by Kyle Holland. He's a great guy with extensive knowledge of appliances and home systems such as HVAC and electrical. If you have the ability to accompany him while he completes his work, you will see exactly how thorough he is along the way. He tests literally everything, short of when furniture needs to be moved. Once completed he will share the report with you and give you an explanation. When the time comes to buy my next place, I'll be looking for Kyle with Inspect360!
