I have to say I have really enjoyed the user experience with Insogna. From beginning to end there was a responsiveness on every level which I realize is very important concerning tax matters. Their system is paper free and very intuitive, questions can be posted online securely and answers are timely and prompt which gave me a great sense of ease and trust. excellent when you have a complicated like I had. My previous accountant was not very responsive which contributed to an uneasy experience, the very thing you don't want when you are doing a return. I feel that only things can get better with this company. I recommend without reservation.
