  Great customer service. Despite the fact that I've never purchased glasses here (I've looked but just never found the perfect pair), they are always willing and happy to adjust my glasses for me. And they tell me to come back any time for adjustments.
  
  Also, it's interesting to note that while the prices here are steep and they don't take insurance, from my experience they might actually be less expensive than other places that take insurance - because InSight doesn't mark their prices up as much.

  Tony and Yolanda are true professionals who care about their clients and offer superior products. Over the years, I have purchased two sets of prescription sunglasses. Not only have they offered great style advice on what looks good, but they always take care of their customers, offering complimentary adjustments for eye glasses, as needed. Personally, they came to my rescue years ago when I was traveling and needed to replace my sunglasses due to an accident--- true life savers! Recently, I was in their storefront and learned that they had just helped an unfortunate tourist who forgot to pack their contact lenses. They outfitted this gentleman with contact lenses on the spot! I can only say wonderful things about Insight Opticians, and Tony and Yolanda! You will NOT be disappointed!

  … I am one of those individuals that has difficulty finding frames that fit well. … I spoke with Yolanda who informed me that the frames she was waiting their arrival and would call me first. As promised I received a call the day they arrived. I visited the store the very next day. They were a successful fit. Yolanda and Tony were friendly and helpful. … If you are looking for a place to shop with great customer service, both talented and compassionate...Insight Opticians is it. Both Yolanda and Tony will help you select frames from a wonderfully unique selection that best suits you. Lastly, the sunglasses I purchased are very funky and deserved a case just as stylish. At the time of purchase the case available was plain black. Tony suggested as soon as an appropriate case arrived he would make sure I received it and I did. Another promise kept. What more can you ask for!
