  Went in with a midi controller which needed repairing he told me they usually don't work on that equipment but to bring it in to see what can be done. 2 hours later it was fixed and running smoothly. Amazing customer service and goes to show that they are more than willing to go above and beyond even for a first time customer.

  We went to Inside Laptops with a Dell XPS 13 laptop which did not charge. We thought it was the battery, but it was the power jack, which he replaced as he had the part. We were very happy, as we had bought a new battery (which did not work) but we were able put in the original one and it started to work immediately. Can recommend this company as they work quite fast, and well!

  Jorge provided a great service! I got my laptop screen replaced, and although he had to order the part for me, he made sure I paid the same amount as he first estimated. Fast and reliable service.

  I went to get my laptop fixed. The lid was coming apart at the hinge, the cable and antenna were damaged. He fixed my laptop perfectly. Awesome customer service. He made sure to tell me what exactly was wrong and what needed to be fixed and he did an amazing job. I expected to pay more, but his prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Inside Laptops to anyone.
