Inner Gaze Yoga

Yoga Instructor

Kim Wade has always been a creative individual who enjoys the challenges of living an active lifestyle. She earned a BFA in Theater and has worked professionally as an actor since childhood. She describes herself as a very active person, both physically and spiritually. Her personal philosophy is that joy is an option and happiness is a choice.

Kim believes suffering is a part of life and we all experience it. Whether it is predominately mental, emotional or physical trauma, she believes those experiences (or more accurately, how we perceive those experiences) are where the inner life and our real strength turn on. In other words, it is in our darkness that we find our light.

She enjoys working with clients across the spectrum from beginner to advanced, and with those searching for both physical and emotional realignment.

She has worked extensively with those in recovery, overcoming trauma and aiding weight loss. Read more

Kim is a gifted teacher--whether 1-1 or in a group of 30, each time I have been with her I take away exactly what I needed. She is kind, funny, nonjudgmental, knowledgeable, honest, humble, wise, tough and compassionate... everything I think we all need in a coach and teacher. Hooray for using yoga and hooray for Kim and Inner Gaze!

I highly recommend Kim. She is a warm, welcoming yoga instructor. Her classes are challenging but she understands that some days, you need to just lay there. She is my favorite. I am grateful that I discovered her years ago.

I've been on and off with yoga for years.... often making excuses to not practice. Kim Wade brings such a unique, strong, positive and welcoming energy to her yoga classes, I find myself looking forward to being on my mat. I highly recommend working with Kim and experiencing yoga through her guidance.
