  Inlet Yoga offers a variety of classes for novice to expert yogis. The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful. Inlet Yoga is a wonderful community where people are warm and friendly.

  I have taken a few classes here and had the honor to teach a class in the last teacher training on prenatal yoga. Not only is the studio warm, calming and beautiful - but so are the teachers and students. I feel right at home each time I practice at Inlet and look forward to being there more often going forward. Definitely a fave NJ studio!!

  I have been a part of the Inlet Yoga family for 7 years now and it really is my home away from home. Since the beginning of my yoga journey as a student and now a teacher, the Inlet teachers have been some of the best I have had the privilege to learn from, grow with, and make friends with. I consider Margo Teicher, Tim Shaw, Jeff Seymour, Carrie Godesky, and Serena Soffer very special influences and inspirations to me and will forever be grateful for the knowledge and love they have passed along from their years of experience, and most importantly their authentic teaching. After traveling around the world taking different yoga classes from experienced teachers, it is always great to come back to the Inlet teachers. With the WIDE variety of styles and much needed balance of beginner friendly to more advanced, challenging classes, there is something for every mood, level, and preference. Without a doubt, the best studio I have have come across in my time! Not to mention the prices are the best in the area. The Inlet family will selflessly guide you to learn from “the ultimate teacher within!”
