  Information Technology Corporation was a fantastic resource. My MacBook Pro was having issues on a Thursday night, I was able to drop the computer off on Friday, and it was fixed and ready for pick up by Tuesday morning. They were very responsive in answering all of my questions and consistently kept me updated on the status of the repairs. I would highly recommend this service.

  I walked in close to closing and the consultant there was very helpful and patient. He was also very knowledgeable and explained to me what he thought was wrong right away but offered a diagnostics test to search for other problems. As my computer is nearly 8 years old, I found this to be a fair recommendation. They kept my computer, called me with options and were very honest about what options were best and more cost-effective. (I could have gone with replacing my hard drive with a solid state drive to make my computer a little more stable but that was more expensive than fixing the original problem of reinstalling the operating system. As this is not my full time computer—an older one I'm hoping to sell—I didn't see reason to replace the hard drive and they, unlike many other places, respected my decision and did not try to make me pay for the more expensive option.

  2011 MacBook Pro. Replaced failed hard drive with solid state chips doubling storage. Job done in one day. Fair price. Excellent communication throughout process.

  I am so happy with my service with ITC. They kept me updated regularly with what was happening to my computer and didn't move forward without my permission. Along with phone updates I got emails of updates for backup if I needed to reference anything in the future. Abdul Abaza worked on my computer and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done as well as gave me his personal advice on what I should do but wasn't pushy about it. I will definitely recommend this place, I've already been raving about it!! Couldn't be more thankful for their hard work.

  I was so pleased with the entire experience - not the just the tech service, but also the human customer service. The technicians were knowledgeable, patient in explaining things to us, and very aware of our schedule and our needs. Their work was impeccable. I would highly recommend ITC to anyone looking for tech work.
