Well now, be happy you found this place. ... And its free parking too. I digress, this is about Trevor Monk and Infinite Yoga.

... I smiled, today. I learned new things, and Trevor was funny and cool. No pain, here. Just good memories.
The space is CLEAN (no offense to other studios in SD), spacious, mirrorless, and stocked with props. If you enjoy inner city sounds like trolleys, trains, cars, wtf else... (including airport noise) while practicing your moving meditation, then this is your place! Thich Nhat Hanh says he loves practicing Buddhism in malls and airports, and I am sure it works for Ashtanga Yoga as well. -

Participated in the Autumn Weekend Workshops this past weekend. This included a two-part adjustment workshop, and one on vocal empowerment through yoga. In these eight hours of training, I learned so much and had fun too! Excellent.

This studio is a hidden gem in Little Italy. If I lived/worked closer I'd be here all the time but I am grateful that I can drop in every now and then. I really enjoy the vibe and energy I get from Infinite Yoga. Their classes are set up to help you advance your practice and they have many different classes to choose from throughout the day.

Wow! IY 55 is an amazing addition to Infinite Yoga's schedule! A challenging yet fun class. I'm still sore, feeling muscles that I never knew I had! IY 55 is a great compliment to Infinite Yoga's other classes as well as my own workouts. I feel stronger already!
